Returns & Exchanges

At Anemos, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
